Customized Residency Interview Prep

Class Act’s Residency Interview Prep service is a one-of-a-kind, customized experience that’s tailored to your needs and goals. We’ll prepare you to engage in thoughtful conversations, navigate challenging topics with confidence, and ask insightful questions.

Some of our clients have never attended a formal job interview; others have interviewed and landed jobs with large pharmaceutical companies. Whether you’re a true novice or want to fine-tune your professional communication skills, there’s no question that working with Class Act will leave you confident and well-prepared to impress programs.

Our personalized coaching goes beyond generic resources and focuses on your individual growth, ensuring you present your best self during residency interviews.

Our Philosophy and Approach

We believe authenticity during your residency interviews is the key to success–and that’s why our Residency Interview Prep works.

During your initial 1-on-1 session, we’ll explore your unique background and help you develop narratives that showcase your strengths, experiences, and passion for medicine.

After identifying your best ideas and supporting details, we’ll teach you how to practice. Our technique doesn’t involve memorizing long-winded stories; instead, you’ll learn how to answer questions in a natural and conversational way.

Each session includes mock interview time and immediate feedback.
